But has anyone ever explained to you what "core" actually is and how to use it? Also, why do we need to use our core in dancing?
This short video will answer these questions an give you a great exercise to change your posture and be a much better dancer.
NB. When it comes to the exercise just hold the position of having "whole back" touching the wall for 2 minutes each time.
