Ballet is one of those styles of dance that many adults would love to try but they are worried about their bodies and flexibility. That's why we created this adult-only class for absolute beginners.
Why do we add it to our Ballroom repertoire of Ballroom classes? Ballet will give you strength in the body and deep understanding of your muscles that every step in Ballroom will be easier. You will gain the balance and skills necessary for all your turns and pirouettes.
Princeps Ballet will give you great fundamentals to make you look, feel better and
a better Ballroom and Latin dancer!
Due to current circumstances Ballet class will take place online via Zoom.

It's an adult only class. No dance experience needed. No partners needed. Advanced bookings ONLY!
What to wear:
Comfortable clothes (loose or tight top, sweat pants/shorts)-
You don't need a leotard and tights!
Shoes: ballet slippers or socks.

The class is booked for min 5 and maximum 10 students to give you maximum attention. You will be taught by a professional Ballet dancer.
Private ballet lessons 1 to 1 are available on request.

Learn to move your body to classics from Swan Lake. The music will calm you down and help you focus on precision of your moves.

Strengthen your ankles during exercises at the barre and in the centre. Pointing your feet and doing high spirals will become your asset on the competition floors.

Gain the balance and posture of a real ballerina. Every move is finished, all the muscles are engaged from feet to tips of your fingers.
